Excellence is not a destination but a
journey, a state of being and a way of life. It is the continued
achievement of your own goals, stabilized by balance and purified
by belief. This module focuses on the practical steps you need for
this journey: your habits.

automatic. Using your very own action plan, you will build on your
existing good habits and create new ones. You will uncover key
