Any journey in life,
upon refection is bitter sweet. It has taken me two years to
complete the Achieving Excellence Program. This course was very
intense, and I really got much more out of it than I really
anticipated.
 I have taken so many
courses in the past and the thing I think was the pivotal key for
me is that we had to do, work through and complete our homework
before we could move on to the next section. Each section brought
me to the another level. Starting from a solid foundation,
building up to a strong core of our company and an excellent
marketing plan.
One outcome of the
Achieving Excellence Program – I discovered my strength was sales.
In this new capacity, I wanted build an image of myself that
enabled me to speak about our services easily without taking away
from the corporate brand. Working with Sue Sullivan, another
Achieving Excellence participant and graduate, we planned the look
and feel of the new me. We consulted with a promotional expert to
get advice on how to get my message out and stay ‘top-of-mind’
with clients.
The result is my
personal brand, Susan Thomas the Business Builder. It complements
the Printfasic brand and allows me to re-introduce specific
features of our company to our clients. With my new Business
Builder Toolkit I am ready to help my clients renovate their
business.
