The number one reason why individuals fail in achieving their ideal life is that they frequently base their choices on other’s ideas of success, belonging and happiness, rather than look to and trust their personal desires as the way to succeed; thus they can feel a sense of disconnection, unmet needs, and a lack of joy in their life.
My Ideal Client Referrals – individuals who are
Thinking “there’s got to be a better way”… “I don’t know what to do”… “I know what I need to do, but can’t seem to get going on it.”
Expanding their thinking and experience as to what is possible for them to achieve.
Launching a new relationship with themselves and others, based on their personal values and desires for an excellent life.
Designing a plan for their future, for which they are ready to live and be accountable for.
Targeting specific self-management tools, techniques and practices that will bring them new and desired experiences while utilizing their natural talents, abilities and aptitudes.
Planning to be proactive in their life, making definite, positive changes that prosper them and those they affect.
Wanting (or needing) an objective, professional, committed person to assist them to engage in their life in productive, exciting and fulfilling ways.
Looking for their life purpose, power and resourcefulness to live the life they desire to live.
My Ideal Company Referrals: Look for companies that offer coaching support for employees who are:
o struggling in their personal life
o struggling in their current position
o being transitioned out of the company
o retiring and are looking for a fun and rewarding next stage of life
Look and listen for friends or referrals that are:
– Feeling stuck in making an important decision and/or an undesired circumstance.
– Going through a planned or unplanned change in their life and are looking for help to move through it effectively.
– Ready for the next step in their life, and are looking for objective, committed support.
– Retiring and don’t know what to do with their time and life.
TESTIMONIAL RE STRATEGIC REFERRALS
The Strategic Referral exercise is an amazing business tool on many levels. Doing this exercise provided me the opportunity to get to know my business and myself better. It has given me a wealthy resource to use, whether I am introducing myself to others when networking, meeting spontaneously, or on Social Media such as LinkedIn.  Potential clients or strategic alliances have the opportunity to get to know better what I do and how I do it – so that they can know whether or not I am the right fit for them.
