- Expanding their portfolio of properties (ie. Rentals) or their family size /square footage
- Launching a transition into a new chapter of their life, which involves a home, such as marriage /divorce or a separation /retirement…
- Designing a new addition or upgrades to their home and needing professional advice
- Targeting a purchase of their 1st home, or even a rental property
- Planning to buy /sell /down-size a home and a safe way to ‘make that happen’
- Wanting /Needing critical information we can provide to assist making a well-informed decision about homes and properties /assistance to become more comfortable in their home
