1. Owner, Office Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Controller of small and medium sized companies who are:
o Thinking of reducing their telephone and mobile costs, or getting a second opinion on their telecommunications setup; in addition, reducing office operating costs to help the bottom line
o Thinking of conducting an audit to find office cost efficiencies
o Thinking that telephone/mobile costs are increasing, or telephone/mobile services are too complex to understand
o Expanding or reducing their business with respect to number of people and office space
o Launching a new business initiative that requires additional staff or office space
o Designing a plan to upgrade their communications infrastructure
