Donna is an experienced life and business coach who works with business owners and managers to help improve performance and achieve goals.
Believing that business to business networking is the key to success, she developed Focused Networking in 1994, when she recognized the need for a business network that really focused on relationships.
Within three months, she launched three chapters in the Lower Mainland. Focused Networking was the Lower Mainland’s answer to networking for the business professional. Today, chapters operate in Vancouver & Tri-Cities.

Why do you do what you do?
I have a passion for helping people to grow, to educate them and encourage them to be “excellent” in everything they do – to “stand for excellence” – stand out from everyone else.
What’s your Superpower? What do you do easily that others struggle with?
Connect people strategically.
Why do you care about your clients and the problem they are struggling with?
Because I have been there, I know how it feels, and I know what it takes to get out of that struggle.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Just about at the 25 year mark for starting Focused Networking – and I have members that have been with me for 20 years, and one who recently retired after 24 years! I’m very proud of the lives I have changed through Focused Networking and Achieving Excellence which all boils down to the education, feedback and support they receive.
What makes you unique?
I educate, instead of sell. I connect people strategically. I integrate networking with Business Coaching (both go together well).
Most of all, I truly care about people. I mean that – it’s more than just the words.
